Policy Overview

Ploxarelthel offers fitness coaching services rather than physical products. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, refunds, and program modifications.

Program Cancellation

Clients may cancel their training program within 7 days of enrollment for a full refund, provided no training sessions have been completed. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Ploxarelthel.

Refund Eligibility

After the initial 7-day period, refunds are not typically available. However, Ploxarelthel may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances, such as medical conditions that prevent participation.

Session Credits

Unused training sessions may be credited toward future programs or transferred to another person, subject to approval and administrative fees where applicable.

Clients may request modifications to their training program, such as changes to schedule or intensity level. Such modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
